This is a real, framed in a box, Sunburst Cicada (Angamiana floridula). Beautiful and massive, cicadas are indigenous to Southeast Asia, including Northern Thailand (where this specimen derived). Cicadas as spirit guides aid in the development, recognition, and emergence of the self throughout the various phases of the life cycle. A great piece for the nature lover, bug lovers, shamanic work, anyone with the Cicada as a familiar/spiritual guide and animal spirit workings. Will look lovely on display in your home.
