Shipping Rates & Information

Shipping Within Canada:
Faint & Faery charges a flat fee of $17 for all orders* under $100 shipping within Canada. 

We are happy to provide free shipping to all orders* over $100 within Canada

*Please note for orders to remote locations an additional fee may be applied. We will contact you to discuss your options should this apply to you.

USA & International Shipping:

We do not have standard fees for USA and International Shipping. If you wish to have an order shipped outside Canada, please contact us with the items you wish to order and the shipping address so that we may provide a shipping quote and shipping options.

Shipping & Handling Times:

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

All items are shipped with a tracking number from Northern Alberta. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

International & USA Shipping times will be provided at time of quote and are estimates only. Unless a guaranteed, due to potential customs processing delays. Depending on the shipping method you decide, shipment may or may not include a tracking number, although we do recommend that you select an option that provides this. USA & International customers are responsible for payment of any import taxes and duties as collected by the carrier.

Every effort is made to package items safely for transport. If an item is damaged during transit we require notification & photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt in order to process a refund/claim or to issue a replacement.
